...are you serious????
It's a show called "I Was Impaled." Yes, a show with various and sundry ways people have been impaled (and presumably un-impaled if that's the term). Maybe if it was "Real Housewives Get Impaled" or the end result of being kicked off of "Dancing With the Stars," I'd get the allure of any of these shows.
Maybe I can wait for sweeps next year...
Dedicated to the process

...of consistency. That would be nice. I'm not one for consistency these days. I mean other than getting a few horizontally challenged people off to school and back home in a timely fashion, that's where it stops. And clearly this blogging thing hasn't caught on with me since my last (and only) post was over a year ago. In my defense I've been terribly busy. Reading classic literature, learning 3 new languages...waiting for the new season of the Walking Dead. This is all time-consuming stuff. Luckily I've been able to fit in all of the Houston Texans games (alas, on TV) so maybe I'm better at this than I thought. You know, now that I think of it I'm probably selling myself short; I mean, I take time daily for Words With Friends, a little Zynga poker, a nice chocolate interlude of some sort...what am I stressing about? Now if I could only get dinner on the table before midnight I'd be set! Maybe I've got this one in the bag...

Day One-Something Catchy
Maybe I should have called it "Dedicated to Cake" or maybe "Dedicated to the Pursuit of REM Sleep." I think that I just really like the phrase "dedicated to the process." The process of what, I can't put my finger on since I'm pretty sure it changes daily. Today it's trying something big, new and scary. Although I doubt fear is a part since who will really be reading this other than me? If nothing else, it will give me an outlet for random and (sometimes) funny things since my children haven't quite caught up to my sense of humor...although neither have a lot of adults so it's possible that I'm gonna' end up being a one-person flash mob in an empty room.
